材質特性
① 外殼材質採用鋅合金，強度高且不易斷裂，外部接地性能佳，抗靜電干擾效果好 ② 母座採用PBT，耐高溫且耐化學腐蝕，具有良好的穩定性以及電氣絕緣特性，絕緣材料符合UL94-V0，防火性佳
③ 尾套採用TPR+ABS耐衝擊材料，耐化學藥劑、耐水性均良好
④ 矽膠圈有良好的阻水效果，可耐受極端溫度-40℃～220℃
⑤ PA6六葉夾線具有優良之機械強度、耐熱性、耐化性、阻燃性及良好的耐候性，配合特製尾殼，最大線徑可達Ø10mm
⑥ POM三葉夾線具有高剛性、低摩擦和優異穩定性，適用4～8mm線徑
⑦ 接地彈片為K5材質，可消除對插時的噪音，且耐高溫可達950℃
電氣特性
① 公PIN選用碲銅材質，導電佳，母PIN選用鈹銅材質，高壽命，接觸阻抗低於30mΩ
② 耐高壓絕緣材料，絕緣性高達500MΩ，耐高壓特性250V-1000V（依PIN數不同）

① 高精密度配合插拔次數高達1000 CYCLE，產品使用壽命高
② 卡扣按鍵特殊材質設計，按壓次數可達2000次
